Helpful reception

I phoned to arrange a nurse appointment and spoke to the helpful receptionist, it was easy to do and I got the appointment with in a few days.

Anima was good to use this morning as I got a quick response and then appointment. I found it easy to use and although I haven't been to the surgery in years was happy with everything this morning. The staff in the past have been very good although today I've not had much contact with them yet.
Can plan ahead

Can phone for appointments and plan ahead and I've received good support with my asthma. The staff are good and I come in mainly for annual reviews.
New system

I feel the new system for requesting help or an appointment is very good
I can even get help for my 84 year old mum if needed and she gets the information also sent to her.

Phones are busy

The phones are very busy when you call in the mornings and due to past difficulties I had problems getting a diagnosis. I am now worried as you don't see the same doctor and I believe this is why years ago it took so long to get a diagnosis and then treatment. Each one just treated the issue as a one off and didn't seem to take in to consideration that I'd been having problems for months. It was only when I saw the original doctor months later that they then referred me.
Attentive and helpful

The doctor I've seen recently has been wonderful but it can be difficult to see the same doctor when you want to and that can cause problems when they have different views. The asthma nurse has also been very attentive and helpful, they really listen too. I have also been prescribed medication that I am allergic to even after I mentioned this in our discussion. When the medication was delivered I then discovered that it had in fact been prescribed.

I booked yesterday when I was in the practice by talking to the reception staff. They were very helpful and friendly and gave me an appointment for today. For urgent issues I have always been given an appointment, it may be a slightly longer wait if it's not an urgent matter. Getting a blood test here is the only issue as I have to go to Brandon and transport is difficult.

I called on Monday morning but was offered an appointment in mid July which was a wait of a couple of weeks. Blood tests have been difficult to get too and because I can't drive due to an eye condition getting to the other locations offered is difficult. When I asked about provision at the surgery I was give a saturday appointment which was great but wasn't offered initially. They do their best and I've found that the queue on the phones has improved.

I spent 5 minutes on the phone and got through and was given an appointment by reception even though I didn't call until 9am. I was a bit unclear who I would be seeing but I was happy with the treatment and how staff listened to me. I was really happy with how quickly I got through and got dealt with

I phoned and booked an appointment with reception to see a GP today. Staff listened and were very helpful and they arranged for me to come in to the surgery later the same morning. I did call yesterday morning but was told that there were no on the day appointments available and to call back at 11am to check again but I couldn't do that so needed to call today. I was offered a choice of times to come in today so I could get something that worked well for me too.
