Can take a while to get routine appointment

It can take a while to get a routine appointment and that is with any doctor, (the option of using Econsult to contact the doctor has been explained today)
Good GP consistency

Either by phone or online I find making an appointment works well for me, I have waited over 30mins to be called through to be seen by the GP on occasions, but I get a good consistency of the same GP which is important to me.

It is variable but it can be a wait up to 45 mins on occasions at the appointment to be seen, which can be challenging, other than that no improvements needed.

Getting an appointment can be difficult, I am asked to call back at a certain time later in the day but then I am told there are no appointments available and I have to start the process again the next day.

Since we transferred from another surgery in Norfolk we have found the staff to be amazing here, they are always helpful, also having the prescription office is really useful and helpful to us.
Can be a lengthy wait once you are here

Can be a lengthy wait once you are here but the surgery itself is fine and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Doctors and Nurses are excellent

The doctors and nurses at this surgery are brilliant, apart from one, but I will not let one bring the rest down. They are always trying to do the best by their patient and they unfortunately do run behind which is understandable.
45 mins wait on the phone is too long

I phoned this morning and I had to wait 45mins before the phone was answered, it is just too long. I think the staff must be under too much pressure with too many patients.

Its a good surgery overall. It would be helpful to have automatic doors.
