Difficult to see someone

Unable to get to see a GP when I've needed to, just given phone calls. I've even had a call from someone from a different practice.

Good surgery

Really like it, Ask My GP is a much better system to use to get access to help and appointments.

No issues

There are no issues here, they're great. I get to see the doctors easily and Ask My GP works well to get to see them straightaway. I've been able to get to see the person I've requested mostly and the doctors are great with other staff being very welcoming.

More drawn out process

Ask My GP works ok but I do expect it to be on an app and have then found it difficult to locate how to access it, including on the main company webpage. Had an email from a GP saying I should go to a pharmacy even though I had had the issues for 2 months and when I did they said you need to see the GP. It is more of a rigmarole at times being asked for photos that are impossible to do / get and then finally being invited in. When you do see them the staff are very good.

Advance appointments

Phone for appointments and that works well and I've been able to get appointments to see the nurse in advance. The only issue is that I've asked for a call back and then not received one but the nurse I see for for my dressing changes is very supportive and overall it's a very good surgery.

Really quick

I'm very happy with the turnaround to get appointments and I've been seen within a few days and have an appointment with the physio. My carers arranged the appointment for me and I'm happy with the surgery overall.

Great surgery

I call the surgery to arrange appointments as I don't go online and the most I've waited for an appointment is a day which is very good. Normally I've had call backs from a doctor with in an hour and then invited in for an appointment if its been needed. A great surgery.

Treatment is good

The surgery is good. I haven't seen a doctor for two years so I don't get to discuss issues with them but I see the nurses as they monitor my diabetes and they are happy to answer any questions I have. I do find using Ask My GP is more remote and I have had difficulties and think there was a glitch in the system. The treatment side of things is good and when I've had issues with medication running out the staff have always made sure I have it sorted in time.

Great GP

Most of the time I see the nurses, who are lovely and that works well but I have had more difficulty getting to see a GP at times. Recently though I did see a GP and they were great and couldn't have done more.
