I find the surgery good when I need to be seen. I do more often than not see a nurse rather than a doctor but they address the issues I have which is the main thing.

The surgery is generally good but recently I ran out of medication and went without for two days because the doctors and pharmacy blame each other for the delays. I now put in 10days before I actually need it just to be sure I get what I need in time.
No issues

It's a good surgery and I've had no real issues arranging appointments but then I don't use the surgery much. Staff have been friendly when I spoken to them.
Nurse appointments

Mainly have nurse appointments who are very nice. I did have an experience where I wasn't referred to the most local service for an xray . Apparently only a doctor could refer to the more local service rather than the hospital. Generally the surgery is okay and I'm happy with the care.
First Class Service

They offer a first class service here, they were slick with their vaccinations, staff have a good consistent attitude toward patients. Good access to appointments as needed. I have also sensed an improvement with the telephone queue system. Good medical staff, no concerns there. I would like to see a one stop shop here so that you dont have to travel to different areas for various procedures and tests, x-rays etc. transport can sometimes be a bit of an issue getting to places further afield.

Phoning for an appointment does seem to have been an improvement. I cannot fault the care they give, the phone does tell you where you are in the queue, and there is a ring back facility so that you do not have to hold. When my husband died they were absolutely excellent, so supportive.
Good staff attitude

An all round good surgery, they offer me regular diabetic check ups, my medications are delivered at home which is helpful to me. I get my flu jab at the surgery. They seem busy but they are good and the staff here are very good and kind.
I take my own blood pressure

I take my own blood pressure with my own machine, I think its bad, I use blood pressure tablets I think that I should be seen by a nurse to have this done, its disappointing.

Doctor rang to tell me some results and I said I wanted to see them face to face. They said to come over later that day, so I felt that was absolutely brilliant.

The service for getting my covid and flu jab was perfect. Easily booked me in and I had them both at the same time, which was good.
