Had a bit of a long wait to be seen and I'm a bit dubious about how effective the treatment plan will be but it is very early days.

The process is too drawn out. I now do not walk in the way I used to and can't now exercise or do my Aqua Zumba classes because of the pain I'm in. The longer the process the more impact it has on you're life but that seems not to matter.

You have to go through the different steps and then wait at each point which makes the whole pathway so long. I'm waiting for surgery on my shoulder now but I've been through the process for my hip too. The problem is that the operation can't be done until my other hip is done. Luckily the Consultant has put me on the list for the other hip to be done without having to go through the whole lengthy process which would've delayed the operation further and then impacts on the quality of life.

I've was told by the physio I'm seeing that until I get my BMI down I can't even be seen by the senior physio who will then decide if I can referred for surgery. It's been a year to get to this point and even if I am referred it will be a further 2 years probably before any surgery would take place. I get that there are benefits from losing weight before surgery but to say you can't even see a higher physio seems wrong. It is very difficult when mobility is affected to actually exercise and there is no advice about where to go to get any help, including options with Slimming World. Because I got so upset I have now been referred on to the senior physio so we will see what happens next.

I had a hand issue and I was really pleased with the way the physio dealt with it and it's great that you don't have to drive to Ipswich for an appointment. They have explained what exercises to do and it seems to be working.

Its not straightforward and getting to the bottom of my sciatica hasn't been easy. The staff are lovely and so supportive

The service has worked well for me. After referring myself I got help quickly and I've had a few appointments and done all the exercises suggested. There's not been the improvement expected so now I'm going to be assessed to decide what the next steps are.

Staff have explained everything very well and have recently referred me on to hospital to join the list for a knee replacement which I'm pleased about. The process has been simple and not that drawn out either.

They are always on time, they have never kept me waiting at an appointment. The staff are accommodating, polite and helpful. The AHP team said I should go to see my GP to get checked out, initially the GP surgery said that they didnt have an appointment but as soon as I told them that my physio had referred me to see the GP they gave me one on the same day.

I met someone who is very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. They had exceptional people skills. Thank you.
