Friendly staff

I was given a simple tip that worked really well with the exercises and the staff have been really friendly each time I've used them. It normally only takes a couple of weeks to get seen and then the physio advises when they need to see you next.
Gap without consultant

I've had a 15 month gap when there has been no consultant in post which has delayed things for me and other patients.

Although the service ended up being too basic for my needs I was very impressed by how knowledgeable the staff were when they identified that I had a rare issue and needed to go back to the hospital.

I made a self referral to this physio service, they are easy to make the initial contact with. I found the physio to be knowledgable and helpful for my issue. A very good service.

After doing a self referral, which was easy enough, I was seen in a couple of weeks. So far staff have all been great and it's been a very positive experience.

My GP referred me to the service and I've waited less than a month to be seen from the time I saw my GP which was good. I've been given some exercises to do, and I've managed some of them but it is very early days and I realise it could take time.

It's all been very good and appointments have been easy to arrange. I'm now back at the beginning of the referral process again after the hospital discharged me when I had another health issue pop up. Staff have been very good and I've used the service a few times for different issues and never had an issue, they are always friendly and helpful, explaining issues and exercises well.

I completed a self referral as I'd already used the service so knew I could. I was given a cancellation appointment so have been given a really quick appointment, with in a few days. The information from staff has been clear and in enough detail and the staff I've had contact with have been friendly, so far it's all been very easy so far.

I've had a number of appointments recently and each time I've visited the staff have been very good. Being able to have ongoing contact after the first round of treatment has meant that I've been able to contact the team again when I started experiencing issues again. Having the service based locally is really great although parking here has become more difficult recently.

This is my third visit and each time I've visited for treatment the physio has been great, exercises have been explained well and I've seen improvements with the issue I have. The whole referral process was very simple and easy to do myself online. The first time I used the service I went all round the houses to get support. I was given inaccurate information about whether I could be helped or not and I've later found out that I did not need an xray before the service could help me. This time around it has been very good.
