Music while waiting please

Riverside Clinic, Ipswich
April 3, 2024
I felt that the appointment was good, staff did well, they explained things well and seem interested in me and my issue. They seem to be swift and don’t keep me waiting. They have given me exercise to build my muscles up now. I do wonder if there should be a bit of music in the waiting area as it is very quiet, or if not what about information on a screen like in the GP surgery?

Feeling hopeful

I have felt that the physio has been informative and follow up with a phone call which was good. They have referred me to have an op, so I am feeling hopeful.

Good staff attitude

Riverside Clinic, Ipswich
April 3, 2024
This is my second visit, I didn’t really have any anticipation of what the first visit would be like, but I thought it was a good visit. Exercise given has seemed to be helpful and have noticed an improvement. They do try to explain things well and I feel the staff attitude is good, no problems at all

I love coming here

Riverside Clinic, Ipswich

They go into depth; I feel to explain things in detail. I have found the treatment to have been helpful to me. No wait time before going into my appointment. It’s a nice calm environment, easy parking and you don’t have to pay to park, which is great, no long hospital corridors it’s very convenient for me. I love coming here.

Great class

It took about 2-3 weeks to get an appointment but the classes I've attended have been great for the back issues I've had.

More visits than needed

Drovers House, Bury St Edmunds
March 11, 2024
I saw my GP and was referred on to the service where they tried exercise but that made no difference. I then went back to my GP who then referred me for xrays but there was no arthritis so I went back to my GP again who then arranged an ultrasound. This showed ligament damage but I'd had multiple appointments and because neither the GP or AHP staff had explained the process it meant that I had many more visits than was necessary.

Using the gym once a week for help with my hip

Newmarket Community Hospital

I am in the same class as people much older and less mobile so I have to go at their pace. This is of no benefit to me, you should have separate classes depending on your level of mobility

First visit

Sudbury Health Centre
March 1, 2024
This is my first visit after seeing my GP. A friend is handling the online booking process for me and by the time we got around to using the link sent in the email it had expired so we had to request a new one be sent. Once that was done we managed to arrange todays appointment.

Third visit so far and it is really helping me. I originally saw my GP and they advised I do the referral as I wasn't sure if it was a physio issue or more for my GP. I've been really happy with the treatment so far and the staff I've seen.

I self referred after seeing my GP and have been given an appointment quickly and the whole registration process was good to do and very straight forward. So far I'm happy with everything including the staff who have been great.
