My GP suggested the referral and I didn't have to wait long for my first appointment. I've seen the same physio for my arm which has been good but I have found the phone appointments haven't been as good as I've been more reassured by them when I've had in person appointments. The only thing that could improve is that there are times when the pictures or videos don't quite show the subtleties that are needed when doing the exercises.

Have had great support from the physio they have been wonderful. I've been coming once a month and this is my third visit and I've noticed an improvement in my condition which is good.

My experience has been very good I really can't fault the service so far it's all been very easy to get seen and the information staff have given has been very good.

I haven't seen anyone yet but the self referral process was very good and I only had a one week wait for my first appointment. The system worked very well and I expect it to be good based on my previous experience.

Very pleased with the pelvic health physio I saw, she put me completely at ease and explained everything really well and answered all the questions I had. The flexible approach for appointments was great and I was really surprised how lovely the physio was.

Always good here, best physio I have ever had. He gave me hands on massage and the exercises helped too, he doesn't expect me to push myself when the pain starts. I like the professional but friendly approach and get on with the job.

Very good here, I self-referred which was absolutely fine, staff seem kind and pleasant, I have no concerns about the service at all I will keep coming until something improves

The physio is very pleasant and helpful and very good with me. I think that I am making progress with treatment. They keep the slot open for you so that you don’t need to go back through the system again, they just give me a card with a number to ring if I need to come back which I think is s good service.

I feel mixed about physiotherapy, I prefer hands on treatment, but they have never offered it or given it to me. Exercises have helped a bit, but it is slow progress. The pain is still there, and I’ve been attending since July 23. The physio is lovely herself she is very kind. I think that my pain got worse when I started taking statin medication.
