Having a local service is good. After the GP suggested I do a self referral I did struggle doing it online but when I called the phone line and spoke to the staff they were very good and sorted out everything. When I've had the appointments it's all been very good too and the exercises for my shoulder have helped.

This is the second time I've used the service and this time after the GP referred me I was seen with in 3 weeks for my first appointment. They explained everything really well and I've found the app is great to have as you can always refer back to the information and the films showing the exercises are easy to understand and follow.

Very efficient system. Prompt response. Received appointment very quickly. The actual facility is easy to use, parking and access etc.

I was getting support at home but now I've been told I need to come here for more physio but I've had a 6 week wait for this appointment. There has been a bit of a breakdown in communication between what I was having before and now.

After doing the self referral I was contacted in 48 hour which was great. I was given initial advice and exercises to do for 2 weeks. I was then contacted and an appointment in 4 weeks time was arranged. Every contact on the phone has been good. The last time I used the service it did seem more structured as I was given appointments in advance which made it easier. It might be improved if there was more flexibility around appointments rather than a set number for certain issues.

After speaking to my GP I did a self referral and I've been seen quickly, I've not seen much improvement yet but it is early days. I've had information provided along the way that has been helpful.
