Long wait for blood test

Arrived at 1230 today for blood test. The clinic is clearly under staffed as I had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes for a 3 minute blood test to be taken. There were so many people waiting that many were standing as insufficient seats. There were only 2 nurses on duty with no cover for lunch breaks which added to the waiting time.

I had home visits following a hip operation but the help and care I received has not done much good. Receiving the cards explaining what to do isn't great and I need more support.

I have physio treatment from Allied at my local surgery which is really great. I self referred for treatment and the process worked really well. The gym I use is really fantastic and the staff support is great too.

They have been really great. Following the assessment and diagnosis I was booked in for accupressure and massage. My OT referred me to the physio and they were the ones that diagnosed my fibromyalgia.

I referred myself for physio on my back and they have been great. I now see a trainer to help strengthen my back muscles.

As a walk in service it is great to get your blood tests done. The free parking is a bonus.

Referred to Riverside Clinic for blood rest by Felixstowe Grove Rd Surgery. They wanted tests but were unable to take blood for over a week. Riverside were great, even humorous i.e. 'for blood tests, follow red spots on the floor!'
