If you call on the dot you get an appointment. I've been happy with the conversations with staff although I wasn't sure who my appointment was with. I'm very happy with the surgery but a family member did struggle initially to see the same person but now this is arranged each making things much easier. The online system is fine to use and gets a quick response and when you talk to staff you are able to discuss whether you need to go in or not.

Appointments are available whenever needed. I called this morning, the call back option worked well and I then spoke to reception and they offered me a choice of doctor to see and then I came in for my appointment all with in a few hours.

Fortunate to have the surgery

Don't always need to see a GP and I like that I can have a quick call to get issues addressed. We are fortunate to have the surgery we have and it appears they have coped well with the additional housing developments.

Efficient

I don't come to the surgery often but when I do it's efficient. When I was speaking to staff this morning I was initially told there were no appointments but after a conversation they found an appointment for me. I felt I was well listened to and they realised I needed to be seen. I'm not sure who I'm seeing but glad I have an appointment. It would be good if there was a who is who board in the surgery as when you don't come regularly you don't know who the staff are or who to ask to see. The dispensary doesn't seem very well organised at times, there are long queues not helped by chatting at times.

Like to see the nurse

It's easy to get appointments, I like to see the nurse as they are great and I feel that I'm known by them and they understand my conditions. The phones are busy but nothing too bad. I do my prescriptions online which works well but don't tend to contact the surgery for appointments that way, I do like being able to talk to someone. It's also great that community teams from the hospital visit the surgery for clinics, it's so much easier than getting to the hospital.

Friendly staff

I've had no problems at all. The staff are friendly and the appointments hardly ever run significantly late. It's not difficult to arrange appointments and I'm happy to see whoever is available. I don't use online but that works fine for me.

I am concerned about the housing being developed in the area and the pressure that will put on the surgery. For me though there have been no problems accessing appointments at all and the care is good. My concern is the future and how the surgery is going to cope with the increase in patients.

Appointments are easily available when I need them and there is also the option to book ahead as well, they run to time quite well too. I don't go online to arrange appointments so I call and that works well as the staff are helpful at arranging appointments with the right person and when I can get to the surgery.

I'm happy with the surgery, I like everything. The doctors, nurses and reception team are helpful, thorough and look after you well. You will always get an appointment and I like to see someone specific if possible and the continuity helps but the other staff are all lovely. The dispensary is very busy and you do end up having to queue to pick up medication.

Paramedics great

You may not get to see the GP of choice but you will get to see someone. The paramedics are great and will call the GP in if needed. There are long waits for the dispensary, I've waited nearly an hour which is difficult to stand for so long. If you're lucky and can time your visit, you're okay but I don't get it right all the time.
