Normally very good

My medication today wasn't quite ready for collection today but they are getting it ready straight away for me. It would help if electronic prescriptions could be done here.
Shelter is good

It all works quickly and I've not had to wait long to get appointments. Staff are helpful, accomodating and nice to deal with. The addition of the shelter is great and will help especially in winter.
Surgery is good

The dispensary is a lot slower now, staff do their best but medication isn't always available and this does delay things but this is outside of their control. The new shelter is great to have and it's wonderful that the practice have thought how they can practically help patients waiting for their medication.
Very busy phones

I tried a while back to get an appointment and waited 1/2 an hour to get through and then there were no appointments available. Disappointingly I didn't get the call back I was expecting either. Overall I'm finding the process difficult.

It's a very good surgery and the care provided by doctors and other staff has been very good.

The surgery is good the only slight issue is that the dispensary is a little slow at getting medications ready and it can often be 10 days. I'm now allowing a couple of weeks so I don't run out of my medications . It would be helpful if the text messages sent to confirm when medication is ready were used consistently as I'm never quite sure if it hasn't been sent or medication isn't ready.

It's a great surgery but the dispensary can be a little slow taking a week to turnaround medications requests for repeat prescriptions however it can be 10 days. I now allow a couple of weeks to ensure I have what I need before I run out. It would help if the text messages to say medication is ready for collection could be consistently sent as it can be difficult to know if they are ready to collect or not.

I cannot fault them. I find the staff are efficient, front desk to the doctors and nurses, they all seem to be professional in the way they are. There seems to be a different appointment process to the way it used to be but at least you get to be seen even though there can be a 3 day wait. Its certainly better than where I used to live out of the county.
