Really good

I find the surgery really good so long as you call at 8.30 on the dot the queue isn't too bad and appointments are available, on the day as well. The staff are lovely and it's the nicest surgery I've ever been at. Its also great to have the ultrasound and xray options available locally too. I'm very pleased.
Quick appointments

Although the phones are busy and you have to be quick to call in the morning, appointments are quick to get through econsult and then I've been given face to face appointments and seen the most appropriate person for the issue. I think they are doing a good job and I've been happy with the staff, treatment and care. It would be great if pre bookable appointments were available.

The phones are very busy and it means a queue but appointments are good to get but you do tend to speak to a GP first. Econsult worked well and I got a call then a referral for a child, all very quick.

I registered fairly recently and it all went really smoothly with no issues. My asthma has been well monitored since being here and all the staff I've come in to contact with have been good. The only issue has been the availability of medication which at times has run out and has taken time to be replaced but if they can't get what's needed it's not their fault.

They do a phenomenal job here, always trying to find new ways to support me. Staff are so kind and caring and have been great with mental health issues, they've been amazing. I've also seen the physio and they were great too.
Really efficient

It's really good and really efficient. The doctors and nurses go above and beyond all the time, all the staff are great. The dispensary do seem to struggle with the lack of space but they do all they can to help and sort out any problems that come up. The shelter that has been built is better but you do still get wet if it really rains, the space on the grass could have been utilised to give more protection. Delivery of medication would be better if it was more flexible rather than being on a set day but I understand that's not simple.

The phones are very busy and that's very frustrating and worrying as you can wait 3/4 hr to get through while things get worse. Staff though are always good and so is the care.

They have been very good, it's a great surgery with caring staff. The set up is good and I've had no recent issues with prescriptions either which is great.

Its a great surgery and works so well to get appointments as they are always available and the staff both clinical and non clinical have been wonderful.

When you call first thing the friendly staff arrange appropriate appointments, either a call or a face to face. Getting medication can mean a weeks wait but the online system works well to order them.
