It's all fine to get appointments and although I don't visit the surgery much I have no problems getting annual review appointments and the blood test when needed. The surgery are proactive and send a text messages to ask me to arrange appointments so its nice and easy. Staff have been great and explain things well. From time to time there are delays with medications but you can see how busy they are.

When I ring I get appointments easily and the staff are all friendly, understanding and allow time for discussions. I really cant fault the surgery. I prefer to see a certain GP if possible but it's not essential.

I've had no problems getting advance or on the day appointments but then I'm happy to see any of the staff which makes it easier. The waiting room is very tight to get a wheelchair through, if the chairs could be moved towards reception slightly it would help. The check in screen is a little high when in a chair too. Staff are good as they tallk through everything and although I have used econsult it does red flag issues and throw you out occasionally but I have had quick responses for other issues.

There seem to be more people answering the phones as it is quicker to get through. Having different times to be able to attend appointments is working well as it makes it easier to attend around work. The only problem we've had was when our daughter was given someone else's results.

It's a very good surgery with quick responses and appointments. Getting blood tests at the surgery is very good and the staff are really helpful. There are longer waits to but I'm now more organised to get the request in earlier.

Absolutely brilliant. I prefer to see someone specific and can do this and I'm having appointments with the same doctor as they are arranging the appointments each time I see them. It gives me confidence seeing them and the support provided is great. The phones are busy but I only waited 10 minutes the other day. The dispensary is busy and queues do form so the shelter is a great addition especially when it's raining, much more pleasant.
A good surgery

I'm finding the surgery to be good. Staff have good conversations with me and provide good explanations and plans. for ongoing issues I would prefer to see the same doctor more often but overall I've found econsult quick and efficient to get appointments. I also phone but they are busy so come down to the surgery to arrange things too. The staff always seem nice and friendly which makes all the difference.

Its a mavellous surgery, whenever I've needed to see a doctor I've been able to and with in 10 minutes I was speaking to someone this morning and was then given an appointment with a doctor. I don't think there is another practice like it, the only thing I would change but I understand its not always possible is the ability to see my own GP so they get to know me.

The staff are helpful and they are clearly busy and they do all they can. I did call the other day and although I was 27th in the queue on the phone a spoke to someone in 10 minutes which was really good. The dispensary is slower for repeat prescriptions at the moment so I've I slightly changed when I put my request in. However, the staff have been great if I've ever forgotton to put it in in time and have sorted it out quickly, they're great.
Busy surgery

The phones are busy (1/2 hour waits) and at times when I've got through there are no appointments left and I've been advised to call back the next day but more often than not I've been given an appointment. I do see different doctors and that does mean that I have to repeat my history with an ongoing condition. Getting medication from the dispensary does take about a week to get what is needed.
