Easy to get appointments

I phoned up at 4.55pm and I got in to see a GP the next day, I was sent for a blood test which happened within 24 hours and I was then referred for an X Ray which was a walk in service, which was all done very swiftly I think. So for me generally a great responsive surgery.

I prefer to be able to talk to someone in person so I find it works well here now, in the past it wasn't as easy as it is now.

Its a very good surgery and normally able to get appointments when I've needed them. Prescription requests work well but it would be great if you could request non regular items on the NHS app too. My reviews have been done on time, the process has been drawn out a little and I wasn't told I needed to do a BP reading or when I should come in. When I showed interest in the PPG I never heard back.

It is great here, I've had no problems at all. The check in screen does seem to ask the same questions each time, suggesting the information isn't recorded when the questions are asked. I've also noticed that on the NHS app there are only mental health triage appointments available.

Care, treatment and access to appointments is great and although I've not been here long it has all been great and staff have been very helpful.

Called first thing and got through after about 5 minutes and was then given a choice of appointment times. Staff always speak in a friendly way and I've always managed to get appointments and if I ever run out of medication they sort everything out quickly. Econsult is a bit long winded to do but does seem to work.

Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment but they are pretty responsive. Staff took all the information and spoke to a GP about the issue I had and quickly got me an appointment. Clinical staff have been pretty good, it's a shame you don't see the same person so you do have to repeat your story.

I've been seen quickly each time this week and been happy with how things have been explained by the nurses and doctor I've seen. I phone to arrange appointments and usually get through quickly. It would be good if the surgery could raise awareness of the different ways to contact the surgery or make appointments.

I managed to arrange an appointment before I went on holiday and since returning I'm now seeing a physio, which I was given a choice of different appointments and there was flexibility around them too.

I find being asked why I need an appointment by reception intrusive and it would be better if prescriptions were automatic like at Stonehall surgery as it would be less stressful. There are no blood appointments here which means you have to travel to Sudbury and is frustrating.
