Very happy

After speaking to the receptionist I was given an appointment with the correct member of the team for the issue I had and I was happy with how the receptionist handled the conversation. Its a proactive surgery and the diabetic care I receive has been very good, I've been given lots of information and leaflets. Prescriptions are quick to sort out via the surgery, 2 days and the medication is ready for collection at the pharmacy.
Lucky to have surgery

Called first thing, spoke to reception who where friendly and polite and they arranged an appointment with a nurse. I've never had a bad experience here and think we are lucky to have this surgery as the doctors and nurses are very good.

Friendly, efficient and quick to get appointments. I prefer arranging appointments online but I'm happy to phone the surgery too and I like to receive the text message confirming the time of the appointment. Generally I've been given appointments straight away and with the appropriate member of the team after speaking to the care navigators. The changes to the surgery have made it more accessible and doctors and nurses are friendly and professional.
Lovely surgery

Had to wait a couple of weeks to see the nurse but now they book follow up appointments each time I see them which works very well. The nurses are really kind and the reception staff have been very good, it really is a lovely surgery. It would be nice to have a board showing who the GPs and other staff are now.
Excellent nurses

The phone is busy but that has improved lately. Depending on the issue I get to see the same GP mostly which I do believe is better because they understand everything that has been tried. Reception staff are very good and the nurses are excellent. A mental health referral was done quickly with in the weeks which was quicker than expected.
Great diabetic care

The nurses provide very good diabetic care, providing lots of information and have referred on to the diabetic foot clinic when concerned.
All GPs are good

I have no complaints at all. Always able to get to see a doctor and the follow up care is good. Staff are reassuring especially my GP who I do usually get to see. I see the nurses for blood tests when they are needed and my reviews are done well too.
Efficient surgery

A very very good surgery which is efficient and appointments run to time. Appointments are available by talking to the Care Navigators who ask sensible questions. I do my prescriptions by phone or old fashioned paper as the online system causes stress as it crashes or says it's not been done correctly. The doctors and nurses are great and offer very good care.
Nothing to improve

Appointments are available quickly and when needed by calling the surgery and I don't feel there is anything to improve. The staff are lovely and helpful when trying to arrange things and it all works well.
Never failed to get appointment

When I've needed an appointment I've never failed to get one, however, it does feel like there are barriers still as it's not the same as before but I do get face to face appointments with the doctor and can always see the nurse, who is always good at explaining issues and supporting me.
