Very rarely do you go into appointments on time + some staff can be rude especially when trying to get an appointment.

I was very surprised the doctor charge £16 to confirm that I had asthma. This is very expensive

I went to my doctor and after a physical examination he identified that i had a mass on my liver. An appointment at WSH came through for a few days later where further scans were completed. On another occassion the doctor worked out quickly that my medication was the reason for my tongue swelling every now and then very pleased with her.
