Staff are considerate

I like my surgery, the staff on the desk are good, they are considerate. If I really need an appointment I can get one, I always phone up. When I get to see a doctor I experience kindness and compassion and this is appreciated by a patient.
Good diabetic care

I find this surgery to provide good treatment and good doctors. Diabetic care is good and thorough. When I ring up it is quite hard to get through on the phone, one minute past 8 in the morning I was recently number 57 in the queue how can that happen? but once you do get through I have been able to get a same day appointment I think as a result of a missed appointment. I wonder if they should introduce a minor injuries clinic to the town it could offer an answer to some of the issues.

I've found it a bit confusing with online registration, it kept bouncing back and took two and a half hours to do but I've had prompt responses and appointments with GPs and the staff have even combined appointments for me. Staff have been fantastic and lovely.

I use both the phone and website to get appointments and staff have all been good. I don't use the surgery very much but when I do it works. The biggest issue is how difficult parking is, it is very limited.

I'm happy I can get appointments when needed and the nurses are great, really lovely. They regularly do my dressing and have been really on the ball sending me to hospital when there have been other problems.

Having to call at 8am is hard and so busy and I've been told to call back the next day. It's hard to wait that long on the phone hearing that music too isn't great. I try to go to Cornard surgery if possible and normally it is as it's easier to get there.

A wonderful surgery, the staff are all very friendly when you call. I haven't seen a doctor but that's because I haven't needed to see one as the nurses are lovely and do a great job. Staff sort out any issues that come up and it really works well, it's a lovely surgery.

I'm a newish patient and after a phone call with a doctor they arranged for me to have a face to face appointment. The doctor listened well and arranged a follow up appointment. I contact the surgery by phone to arrange appointments and most the time everything has been great but one time I did feel that the reception team could've dealt with the issue differently.

It's busy but always get appointments. If they are not available here then staff will send you to one of the other surgeries. You don't generally get to see the same doctor but it doesn't matter they are all very thorough.
