Brilliant and they explain what's happening

Brilliant, they see you as soon as they can, they explain what's happening and I get to see my regular doctor, which is very good.
Support received is inadequate

Don't really feel my daughter gets the support she needs from the surgery, just seems she is fobbed off.
Difficult to get appointment

It's very difficult to get an appointment and I have had an issue when an appointment was at one of the branch surgeries but I was not aware this had not been booked at the main surgery.
Need more car parking spaces

Parking the car was difficult in the morning at the surgery. There is a lot of garden out the back. Maybe cut that back to make few more spaces.
Good care and friendly staff

Surgery can be very hot at times

Alright surgery, always very hot in the surgery and always have to wait for your appointment. Everyone is friendly and give you enough information. Appointments are ok to book.
Online system easy to use

It's close to home which is good. I don't visit very often and can get appointments when I need them. Its easy to use the online system and it allows you to book appointments at suitable times and see the doctor you prefer.

Generally a good surgery

The nurse that does my INR tests is very good but I have had difficulties getting the right treatment for a problem and then getting the prescription. Generally its a good surgery.
Appointments difficult to get

Difficult to get appointments. Can be none available on the day you call and you just have to phone back the next day or at times staff can book you an appointment in advance in about a weeks time.
