We see our paediatrician every 6 months and have been really pleased with all aspect of the care we've received from the team, the staff are all great and so supportive.

We have had the help and support of the LD Liaison nurse on a number of occasions and they ensured that a very daunting and difficult procedure was carried out with our son in a much simpler way so much so that the impact on him was reduced. We had a zoom call before the appointment and so many amendments were made by the team at the Eye clinic it was amazing. A really worrying situation was made so much better by their involvement. The staff on the ward were really good with our son and compared to other treatment he's had this went really well. After a conversation it was decided that it would be better for him to go home soon after the operation rather than stay on the ward in an unfamiliar environment which was totally the right thing for him. It would be great if all families could know about and have access to the LD liaison nurse.

The care provided by the hospital including through outpatients and been great. The children have always been seen quickly and the care has been second to none. Our children have more complex needs but the care they receive is always good and the staff are brilliant.

The epilepsy care provided has been great. The nurses are lovely and so friendly and are contactable when needed.

I had a hip replacement a few months ago and I thought the staff were brilliant, they were so lovely and so kind and helpful, they couldnt go out of their way to help enough. On the ward they went above and beyond. The staff were so reassuring they clapped me out on my way home.

Outpatient appointments at times are even before the actual appointment time and I've been very happy with the staff every step of the way.

They were always so busy when we visited and for someone so ill, at the end of their life having to wait so long in A&E when there are no beds available to admit them, isn't great but staff do all they can in very challenging situations.

The ward staff were amazing with the care they provided my husband during his time their at the end of his life.

The doctors and nurses in the neonatal unit are amazing, so supportive and caring. However, once discharged and home support falls away.

I was seen quickly as a day case but I did find it hard to understand some staff especially when wearing masks.
