They won't come out and see me - I have to go to them even when I feel very poorly. I can't walk very well or far.

Good diagnosis

Grateful my GP diagnosed my condition and takes time to come and see me and deal with me personally. But receptionists are like guardians of the doctor. GP good.

Difficult to get an appointment

Getting an appointment at the surgery is difficult, I've had to wait 3 weeks to see a diabetic nurse at the surgery. The Nurse asked me to book an appointment next week but when I asked at reception They said none were available.
