Disappointment re vaccination process

Feel disappointed that more thought was not put into flu and Covid vac process with regard to elderly patients. It seems like vulnerable elderly people from the three villages were unnecessarily asked to travel for jabs rather than receive them at their local surgery. Is it not possible for the most vulnerable on the list to proactively be contacted to ensure they get a local appointment? More thought would help to ensure a better experience for all .

I have always been able to get an appointment when needed within a reasonable time. I am always treated with courtesy and in a professional manner..

When picking up prescriptions there is no way of letting them know that you are waiting.
