I have noticed many times when picking up my prescription that the 'supplier' is different, which can be confusing.
Some medication is ready but have to make another trip for other items. Not sure why all is not ready at the same time - no explanation given.

Find this local service excellent. Staff are lovely. GP's - lucky to have such lovely ones.

Variable care

Variable care here - depends on how you see GP wise. Some have time to care and some you feel you are on a conveyor belt. I came in once as had appointment with a GP, but when I checked in I was told I am seeing a Nurse Practitioner, which threw me slightly. However, in fairness she was able to deal with my situation. It is only natural to feel 'put out' initially though

Whoever I have seen throughout my pregnancy, predominantly the midwife, I have received excellent treatment.

Happy with the service

My husband and I normally attend the surgery at Alderton. His treatment is excellent. I do no use the surgery as much, but when I do I am quite happy with the service.

Always when I call, I get a appointment within 24 hours. Staff are always patient and easy to deal with.

Essential to the village
