No problem with appointments

I do prefer to speak to someone to arrange appointments as I find it easier. I've been able to arrange blood tests and the referrals have been done quickly when needed. I've had my vaccinations when needed and it's always been well organised.
Works well

I called last week and was given an appointment with a nurse for a vaccination. Other than this I really don't use the surgery much but when I do it all works very well for me.

E consult is fine to use and is straightforward as you get a response the same day. I've not needed any face to face meetings lately as issues have all been well addressed with phone appointments. The doctor has been fabulous, really cares and has an amazing manner.
New patient

I'm a new patient and its taken more than one visit to get registered and I'm a bit unsure how to get appointments or how to book. A bit of an explanation when joining the surgery would be helpful.
Econsults works well

Econsult has worked well to get appointments that are needed. I feel that the telephone consultations have addressed some issues and referrals have happened as a result of them but it is difficult to get a face to face appointment now with a doctor and at times they are needed. Staff though are all very good.
Prefer to speak to someone

I've had no problems arranging appointments but I do prefer to speak to someone to arrange them rather than going online. I've had referrals done quickly and blood tests have been available whenever needed. The surgery has also been very good at arranging vaccinations, always well organised.
No issue

I don't use the surgery much but when I do there are no issues. I get quick responses from econsult submissions so that works well and I get the right responses either face to face or by phone. The doctors are really lovely and you can have good conversations with all the staff.

Received a telephone call from a GP having completed an EConsult. The GP was attentive, easy to talk to and understanding. The appointment was not rushed and I was able to explain all ailments at my own pace. Treatment confirmed, prescription sent to the pharmacy. No messing around. Thank you.
More challenging

I do find that getting to see a GP is more challenging now as mostly I've been offered telephone consultation or been asked to call back later at 1pm when there have been no appointments available on calling first thing.
More drawn out

Very quick to get children seen by doctors but I don't feel it is the same for adults as it seems to be a more drawn out process. Econsult is more drawn out and asks lots of questions, often they seem irrelevant and there doesn't appear a way to get issues addressed quickly. At times it can also feel that you are putting in inaccurate information just to be able to move through as the right option isn't there.
