I've been really impressed with how well they support the care home residents, my family member receives brilliant support.

Generally appointments are available whenever they are needed and the triage phone calls work very well. I have a note on my file to say I should be seen for any chest issues I have and this works. The GP is very thorough, I don't feel rushed out and the Nurse Practitioners are very good, I would prefer to see them rather than different GPs, however, I do get to see one GP mostly. The NHS app is fine to order medication, I put the request through on Tuesday and it was ready to pick up the same day.
I prefer they use my land line

I am a senior and I don't use my mobile phone very often, I only look at it if I go out on the odd occasion but otherwise we use the landline. I wish that the GP surgery would use the landline instead of using the mobile for appointment reminders, I sometimes think that I will miss something. Staff are good here though.

Been under this surgery for some time, We find it to be excellent.
We gain referrals quickly and felt heard by the clinicians.
We have had no issues with seeing someone face to face, when it has been needed.

Blood tests very efficient

I am in regularly for a blood test and they are always very efficient. I have sometimes difficulty with them getting it, as I have got older and these things come with the territory. I have only had to come back again the next day, after being told to try and drink more water, and it worked. They are always very careful and patient about it but also do not make me feel bad that it is taking longer. So convenient too for me living nearby.

This practice for me has been consistently good. I hear how some of my friends struggle to get seen, but it just does not happen here. I always have been seen when needed. Yes, sometimes you want to see a GP, but often the person you do see resolves things anyway. Everyone is professional and pleasant.
Good access

After moving here from a different area of Lowestoft where we were under a different surgery, we can say that the access here is really good. It is not just that you see someone, but you feel looked after by whoever you see. I have seen Nurses and GP's and they all are lovely. The telephone system is good as it gets answered in less than 10 minutes. Cannot fault them really.
Running behind today

It can be frustrating when they are running quite behind, like today (more than 20 mins), as I am on a schedule.
I will say that on the whole, everyone is lovely. I have not used the service much, but when I have needed it I always get seen. I am not given information about alternatives, such as Saturdays elsewhere, as I would access that. Perhaps need to communicate that out.

Convenient for blood test

I have to have regular blood tests, and am pleased to get them locally at the surgery, as it is the most convenient for me. It is simply done and I am treated kindly by the staff.

We have had really good care for us all.
We have regular access to blood tests that are linked to various medication and treatment at the hospital. It is very important that these are done in a certain timeframe due to the cancer treatment, and we are never let down.
