Generally the practice is pretty good but it can be a difficult making appointments outside of normal worktime.

It depends on which doctor you get to see. It is usually good but I once had an appointment with a doctor which was very poor.

Most things about the surgery are good except answering the phone. There is often a delay.

The prescription line has gone backwards. There is no longer an online repeat prescription service, telephone line has restricted hours and no answerphone!

Good understanding. No delay on the day but have to book appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. It would be easier if you had an appointment in the week that you phoned
