The staff are rude and not helpful

Had to chase up results with a third party as the surgery claimed they couldn't find them even though they were sent twice. The staff are rude. They make you feel unwelcome and like they are doing you a massive favour by helping

I'm happy with the care provided and how easy it is to get appointments when you call up. The staff are helpful and when you see a doctor or nurse they are always lovely.

Its a good surgery but it can depend who you speak to on reception, the response can be quite different. I don't like constantly being asked to go online, once you've said you don't use it that should be the end of it. When I came in recently I was just given a card and told to self refer to AHP but there was no discussion.

Really is nothing to worry about at this surgery as appointments are fine to arrange and the staff you see are very good too.

The reception staff are friendly but trying to get an appointment with a particular doctor when one is unwell, even a telephone appointment can take over two weeks to discuss medication and test results. Not good, the service pre-covid was much better

Life saving treatment, professional approach

I got the appointment quickly, the GP took me very seriously and gave me the quick and necessary life saving treatment urgently.
I really cannot thank the GP enough, I would recommend this surgery to everyone in the Bury area.

Hard to get a GP appointment

They tell us that we cannot ring before 8am, so I ring at 8am and when you do get through you often cannot get an appointment, and not getting to see the GP that you actually would like to see is par for the course. I think blood tests shoud be allowed to be done at the surgery.

Thank you for providing feeback. I am sorry that you are having difficulty getting an appointment at the surgery.
The demand for same day appointments during winter periods is higher than usual but we do offer capacity with morning and afternoon appointments. Routine appointment are available one to two weeks ahead. We also offer online consultations through econsult (via our website).
We offer phelbotomy clinics twice a week on Monday's and Fridays so I am unsure the reason for your comment regarding blood tests not being available at the surgery. Difficult to see a GP

On the whole I find it ok but it is rather difficult to actually get to see a GP, but they do try with most things.

Professional and caring staff

The appointment was quick and easy, the waiting time to see the doctor was on time.
The GP was straight and to the point and gave me the correct information which was needed and medication was authorised,
