I mainly use econsult but I called for this appointment and was given one by reception who were very efficient. When calling about the children we either get a call back or are seen on the same day depending on the issue. I'm confident that the children will be seen if there is an important issue. We've always had good experiences here including the practice nurses who have been great.

Able to choose appointments online for follow ups and I try to stay with the same GP, which is possible with this system. My asthma has been well monitored and the care provided has been good. I like doing my prescriptions online, it works well and is simple to do.

Difficult to get appointments

I had chest pain but was given a triage call at 4pm after calling in the morning and was then told to call an ambulance after waiting all day. If I'd been seen I probably wouldn't have needed to call the ambulance. The doctor did re book an appointment for me to be seen but my notes were not up to date and they often haven't read them when you go in to see them. Parking at the surgery is an issue it's very restricted.

Really good to get children in and seen. I called today at 10am and had an appointment by 10.40. Staff are good, they explain and talk through everything very well. We don't use the surgery much and we have been very happy with everything.

Doctors are amazing and I get in quickly if it's an urgent issue. The staff are friendly and helpful when you speak to them. I've had no issues even when arranging home visits which was really good. I don't feel that anything needs to change as there are also pre bookable appointments too and medication can be arranged online.

Straight forward registration as a new patient and so far all contact I've had with staff has been good. I had a two week wait for a non urgent issue but I was completely happy with that as there was no rush.

Appointment availability is an issue as is the rudeness of some reception staff. A hospital letter not sent to me was read out by reception staff and I don't like having to justify to staff why I need to have a doctors appointment.

I've had no real issues and it all works fine for me. I usually phone up to arrange appointments which works well. It's easy to arrange appointments and normally I'm given one straight away by the knowledgeable staff. I've had a physio appointment which was very good and sorted out the issue I had. Initially I was told there would be a 2 week wait but I was then given an appointment with in a couple of days. The only thing that would be great to have here would be the addition of Saturday appointments.

The care is good once in it's just the process of getting in that's more changed. Initial access can be the issue but staff are helpful and kind.
