The receptionists are rude

Rude staff and Drs who can't be bothered to see people face to face

It's good to get appointments, no real issues at all on that front. Econsult has worked well to get a call back or a face to face appointment and the staff are always so great with mum, explaining issues well.
Poor communication from reception team

I requested to have a telephone appointment with a gp in order to discuss my appointment that I needed referral for that I had informed them of a week ago and was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses.

What I do like about my surgery is that you can actually go in and make an appointment at the desk rather than ringing them up. I do visit the nurse and I see the diabetic nurse and she is very good at what she does. I don't really have any concerns here at all.

I've been able to get appointments fine by calling and speaking to staff. It all works well and the staff are good, I have no issues its a good surgery.
Proactive surgery

Staff have been great. Its a proactive surgery who have been very helpful since we registered here, with reminders about appointments too. I easily booked this appointment for a 6 week baby check and I'm happy to see any of the doctors as all I've seen have been very good.
Seen quickly

Today was good as I was seen by the duty doctor really quickly. In the past I've had more difficulty and have been asked to wait 2-3 weeks. Rather than using any online offer, I prefer to call the surgery and speak to reception to arrange appointments.
Appointments easy to get

I got todays appointment with a doctor easily today and I booked it by talking to the reception team. I've been pleased with how well it's all worked today even if they do run a little behind.

I get to see my own GP regularly and feel very well listened to. They sort out any issues quickly and I'm really impressed. The reception staff are great, so helpful and kind. I do also use the online system to book appointments which I really like. The surgery also runs vaccination programmes really well.
