Referrals take time

I do feel that it can take time to get to the point of a referral and that's because so many different things are tried it just delays things.
A bit difficult

It's been a minimum of three weeks for appointments even when the issue feels more urgent. I've not always felt well listened to and at times brushed off so I try to see one GP if possible. When trying ot book appointments through sytmonline its difficult as the appointments are limited and go quickly. If I've needed to have an appointment on the day I've had to have a call from the duty doctor and if you have an afternoon appointment they are all by phone , there are no face to face available but sometimes you need to be seen.

Flexibility around work

On the day appointments are fine to get and I use systmonline to arrange appointments in advance as I can choose a GP. The staff are really good and I have no issues there, they are accommodating and offer appointments around work which is helpful. They are doing the best they can.
Good doctors

I called at 8am for an appointment and spoke to a care navigator and got an appointment easily. I've also used systmonline to arrange appointments, mainly in advance and that works well. The doctors are good and they spend time listening.
Very happy with the surgery

Quickly seen by the surgery and staff have been very helpful and polite, they always run the vaccination programmes well. The only issue is lack of parking.

I'm very happy with the surgery and have recently been able to get appointments more easily. I'm happy to see anyone for an urgent appointment. I really like being able to use Systmonline to book appointments in advance, it works really well. I called last Friday and was well listened to and then given an appointment for early this week. I have had test messages sent to me asking me to click on the link but I don't have a smart phone so I can't use them.

I've had no issues getting appointments at all on the day or in advance and I find that it all works very well.
Paramedic thorough

I've always been able to see a duty doctor and the paramedic has been very thorough. The nurses who do my dressings are lovely.
Receptionist

Doctors are so friendly, just have a problem with the receptionists, they can seem very rude
