Easy to book

I book my appointments online which makes it so much easier as you can get them at a time that suits and with the doctor I prefer to see. I've had a follow up appointment with the doctor today and they have been great and explained the next steps.
Recently joined the practice

My experience of using the surgery is limited as I only recently registered here but so far on each occasion the staff have been lovely and I've been very pleased with the surgery so far. I came in to the surgery to book a new patient appointment and easily arranged todays appointment. So far it's been a brilliant surgery.

Wheelchair user not seen by reception

I am confined to a wheelchair. Reception desk full height so am never seen from my wheelchair by staff. Other patients have to tell them I am there. If I am with someone else, they are asked about me.

Reception was really helpful to find me an appointment in a busy and heavily booked surgery. They took the time and trouble to do so.

Getting the children seen is easy enough and they are seen quickly but for me I've had phone consultations when they've prescribed antibiotics which seems to be the opposite of what used to happen when you could never get them. They have done referrals through to the hospital quickly too so overall very happy.

The response when you ring is very quick, the receptionists are always very caring and helpful and the doctors are always very understanding ,we are very pleased to be at this surgery

Becoming worried about my husband's health, I phoned the surgery late in the morning. My call was answered quickly and the receptionist who took it was most friendly. understanding and helpful. She also managed to arrange for our own doctor to visit us at home. Altogether an excellent experience.
