Long delay in test results.

X-ray

Having recently left a glowing account for both West Suffolk Hospital and Violet Hill Health Centre in Stowmarket. I am not happy with the service from WS hospital - had MRI scan over 6 weeks ago and no results yet.

Emergency admission following collapse

Accident and emergency services
March 1, 2016
While sitting outside the AHT coffee shop at Kentford, I suddenly lost consciousness and the manageress dialled 999. I was admitted to A&E and spent about five hours with checks, blood tests and X-ray. Although I arrived at the same time as a cluster of ambulances and A&E was very busy, I received immediate attention pending a doctor's examination and received frequent checks from nurses to check my condition and to let me know what was happening. They calmly diffused an emotional situation and the nurses, doctor and consultant were absolutely brilliant

My doctor referred me to hospital to have a biopsy of something on my face but it took a year for the appointment to come through. Once at the hospital the treatment and care by staff was excellent.
