There is no record of my hospital stay or treatment received following a fall. The doctors at my surgery weren't aware I'd even been in and I'm not sure why this hasn't been shared with them.

I've had to wait just two weeks for a very early baby scan so pleased I didn't have to wait long. When I spoke to staff on the phone they explained and gave directions of when to go which was very helpful.

I'm having regular visits to the department at the moment and have been well supported. Staff have explained that there may well be waits to be seen but they are lovely and me feel comfortable. The app is helpful to have and appointments are being booked each week for me.

Maternity do very well. Its a brilliant department and the staff are friendly and helpful at difficult times and they deal with queries well. I have had issues with the app as it doesn't seem to update so I've given up using it.

All care provided has been great and with all appointments pre arranged it makes it easy to plan ahead. Staff are great and are friendly and approachable

Antenatal appointments have been quick to get but sometimes things slipped through the net around the extra scans etc needed for IVF.

Friendly and approachable staff make being in appointments more comfortable. They explain issues well and appointments are arranged quickly. I like having all the information and results in one place on the app, it works well.

There are 2 hour waits which for me is fine but others wouldn't get paid to be off work for that long and it isn't the most comfortable waiting that long so I come prepared now. Staff are good and explain issues well but I came for an internal scan today and wasn't told that it would be carried out by a male member of staff. I'm glad I had my partner with me but for other women who may have experienced trauma this may have been very difficult for them and may have put them in a difficult position of whether to have the scan or not.
