Well monitored

I have a high risk pregnancy and feel very well monitored. Staff have been great at answering questions but there are delays of up to 2.5 hours which is hard at times but I bring a snack and water. I'm very happy with staff as they are reassuring and helpful.
Appointments at difficult times

Initially all my appointments have been arranged at school pick up time which was really difficult as I don't have easy to arrange child care. The letter for this appointment only arrived three days ahead and on a Friday so I wasn't able to call until Monday to rearrange the time, it seems difficult to arrange morning appointments and I'm not allowed to bring other children to the appointments which makes it even more difficult. Staff though are great and are happy to answer any questions.

Gynaecology has been good with appointments taking place when expected and the staff have been kind and explain things in enough detail. I'm happy and confidnet in the support provided.

Been well supported by both the hospital and community team. Whenever I've needed to come in for additional checks there's never been a problem and I've been well supported with this pregnancy. I'm having twins and feel staff have explained issues well and have been accommodating with appointments so that they've taken place at the same time as other appointments to reduce visits to the hospital. Staff have proactively offered information including information about free parking.

I'm very happy with the support provided by the brilliant staff. Sometimes the waits are quite long but that can't be helped really and I now bring a book, snack and drink. Staff have also said on arrival when the delays have been on the longer side. One issue that has come up is that Ipswich community midwives can't always explain how the hospital departments operate.

I've received my appointment letters on time and its been helpful to have the appointments. The staff have been good and the clinics although busy don't have huge delays.

My experience of attending maternity appointments has been very good. Appointments have been arranged as and when needed and the staff have been lovely. I've felt well listened to and given lots of information and I like that I can see all appointment information on the app.

The staff in gynaecology have been very good, explaining issues very well, there are some waits when attending the clinic but no big delays.

I was referred through to gynaecology from another department in the hospital. Everything has been explained well by the doctors and nurses. It can be hard keeping the children entertained while waiting, which can be quite a while but I've been very happy with the care and the labour ward was good too.

Care I've received from the gynaecology has been good and I've felt well listened to. Its been a very smooth process and all appointments have been when expected.
