Caring nice staff who spend time with you. I do try to see the same GP if possible but if it's urgent I'm happy to see anyone. It can then mean a bit of a wait of 2-3 weeks for a face to face but I'm happy with that.

Friendly, kind and put you at ease. Appointments are available when needed, you may be don't get to see the GP as often but after speaking to them on the phone they either address the issue or invite you in. For my ulcer the nurses book me in after each visit and they are all lovely. Stradbroke is a bit of a journey for me to drive but I do have family to help me. My doctor is wonderful.

The phones and getting through to the surgery are fine. I prefer to wait to see the same doctor if possible and that can mean up to a 3 week wait occasionally but I'm very satisfied with the care when I see them. It is easier to get appointments with the nurses, they really are great and cover all aspects. Reception staff are patient and friendly and if I really don't want to say what the issue is they don't push the point. The only thing that could change is the music on the phone which could be more soothing.
Easy to get appointments

It's easy to get appointments, there are no long waits on the phone and the system is flexible enough that you don't have to come to the surgery for every issue as you can have a discussion on the phone. The reception team ask relevant questions which then leads you to see the right person for the issue. I'm quite happy to see any of the staff if it's an urgent issue but I do get to see the same doctor most of the time. It's easy to use the surgery and being so close to where I work makes it easier as it reduces the time away from work.

Always able to get an appointment. This morning I spoke to the paramedic and then saw them shortly after. They are great when they see the children and I think that we are seen quickly and in an appropriate time frame, we are more than happy to see them. When we have seen a GP we've also been well listened to and then referred on to hospital when needed.

Absolutely brilliant. We're relatively new patients and they have been so supportive since we joined the practice. They reviewed everything and I feel they really put the patient first. Amazing.
Spot on

Great here, there are no problems , they are spot on. When you phone up you get through quickly and are then given an appointment based on the questions the reception team ask. Generally get to see the same GP each time which is great. For me it's definitely a 10/10 surgery.
Holistic approach

I got straight through on the phone today, spoke to a nurse and then came in to see them. They take an holistic approach and discussed two checks that needed to be done even though that wasn't the reason I came in for. There was some missing information on my file but the nurse took time to go through everything and ensured that screening check ups are now booked . I'm a fairly new patient and I'm very pleased with the surgery so far.
A good surgery

They seem to have enough staff and some new nurses and I've never had any issue getting appointments in advance but I've not needed an urgent appointment. The staff were great when I was diagnosed with cancer, I was called in to the surgery on Monday morning and was at the hospital on Wednesday, I really can't fault the surgery at all.

I normally go to Stradbroke as that's where I live but if appointments are available here its not a problem. The reception team ask questions about why you need an appointment and I'm happy to say but at times it doesn't seem that the doctor knows the details when you get in to see them. I do get to see the same GP mostly which I'm very happy with and I've been seen quickly.
