A lovely surgery

I've never had any issues and it's really good to get appointments especially for the children. We tend to see the same GP and nurses most of the time and they are always nice and friendly. It was great when they notified you of any delays as this help you plan but they don't seem to do this any more.
Staff lovely

The call backs from doctors work very well and the nurse I've been seeing lately on a weekly basis has been brilliant. Staff overall are lovely and the receptionists great, spending time to sort any problems out. The car park is difficult at times but that is the only issue, its very good here.
Children seen quickly

It's fine to get appointments as quickly as needed and for the children they are always seen very quickly too. All of the staff are great and we're happy to see any of them. There are no issues here that need addressing, it all works very well.
Slightly surprised

As new patients we were slightly surprised that we were not offered a new patient appointment and then were asked to do a medication review but for me particularly I was worried my medication would run out before the review could take place.
Regular INRs

I have regular blood tests for INRs and they are always when they need to be done and the staff are very good. A bit more parking at the surgery would be the only improvement that could be made.

Able to book appointments to see the doctors or nurses and I've found econsult easy to use but a little more drawn out, however, it does allow appointments or advice to be sought when necessary.
Lack of knowledge on reception sometimes

I find that the consistency of seeing the same medical staff is positive, and I visit the surgery quite often. Communication can seem to lack some knowledge about some things, I would think that passing information back to a patient to be important but this seems lacking, I wonder if some more training is needed. Other than that a good surgery.
Very skilled phlebotomist nurse

I found the nurse was very skilled at her job, and very good attitude. I had a Dopla procedure which was painful but the nurse handled it very well. The surgery is generally easy to access by phone.

Straight forward to get appointments and they offer a supportive service especially around mental health care. The nurses are very accessible and explain issues well. It's also easy to get blood tests done at the surgery.

Getting appointments with the nurses for dressings to be re done are easy to arrange in advance and the surgery is great with everything they do.
