Always get an appt or what I require

Having stage 4 secondary breast cancer it’s good to know that I can rely on the surgery to provide me with what I need. I have bloods taken every 3 weeks and the nurses are wonderful

Visited the surgery and showed a Care Navigator an issue with my hand. She offered me a link to send a photo and I was subsequently phoned to discuss. Two suggestions made that might speed up the healing process and it should clear up in about 2 weeks. I decided to let nature take its course and within 10 days the issue had been resolved,

I’ve been registered here for a while and have only had positive experiences. The management are really good and seem to be responsive to any queries which is refreshing. Top marks to grove surgery.
Excellent Signposting

I rate this surgery as excellent, they have been good to me and my wife. They signposted me to the Disability Living team in Martlesham who helped me so much in helping me to claim certain allowances my wife was entitled to that we knew nothing about before, now that my wife has a diagnoisis of dementia.

If it wasnt for the Grove I do not think I would be here now, it was identified that I had colon cancer and I have had subsequent treatment. But the staff at the Grove show great care and the attitde is excellent. They monitor and keep a check on me well. I cannot speak high enough about them.

I was told to come in for my annual review for my diabetes. Really good service. They remind me when to come in, seems they have a good system.

The staff are very good here, good attitude makes a difference. I can ring up and get an appointment quickly enough, and if they need to see me they get me in quickly. I cant fault them myself.

Always get an appointment when I need one. Everyone I have spoke to there seems nice. Seen on time when I go in as well.

Two years ago I had a prolapse which was discovered by a practive nurse during a routine test. I was advised by my GP that because of the incredibly long NHS waiting list for an operation which would be at least two years wait, they suggested if I could go private that I should. So that is what I did and they referred me and I paid, I am aware that not everyone would be in a position to do this. I was seen privately within 4 weeks. I do find with the Grove when I go for my female MOT the nursing team always give me plenty of time. Repeat medication is all sorted no issues.
