Rushed into A & E at 0300. Transferred to ward at 06.30. Continuing problems with chest pains. Treated with pain relief then changed to medication.

I found the National Health Service very good all round. The nurses are extremely busy and could do with more help i.e more nurses. Everybody is helpful and polite

Excellent ambulance crew and hospital staff.

Both ambulance crew and hospital were great. My husband couldn't have had better treatment if he had been royalty.

Having heard so much adverse opinion about A & E I feel compelled to write to you. Over the weekend I experienced chest pains which got progressively worse. Monday morning I contacted Wickham Market surgery who were also very helpful. The doctor advised that as the pain had lasted at least 3 days to phone an ambulance. As I was aware of the problems the ambulance service has and not wishing to make them worse my wife drove me. The response from the reception was amazing. A dedicated young team anxious to please and totally professional did a thorough check up, ECG's etc. I felt safe in their hands. Nothing about the visit could have been improved

Got report about my bones a few days after the test but haven't heard when I'll get treatment yet..I'm also anxious and get support from a psychiatrist every month but not enough. They no longer support clubs in the community or the staff in the NHS that there used to be.

Bramford said they did not have any information...

July 17, 2017
A resident from our care home had a fall and hit head. 999 called. Resident was taken to hospital with all her medication which was handed together with her care plan to the ambulance. Resident was seen at A&E and was then taken to Bramford ward. My colleague phoned A&E and then Bramford as she was taken there. Bramford said they did not have any information that this lady was even there, so this lady has now NOT had her prescribed medication. No medication was returned to the care home.
