Poor. Staff attitude was disrespectful and long wait for tests

After a suspected heart attack I had an ambulance come out to me. I got taken to OOHS and then A & E. I had to wait there for a blood test and was then told I had to wait another 6 hours for another blood test at 4 am. I was very stressed as my young family member died at 21 of a heart attack and so we do have to take symptoms seriously. I was spoken to quite disrespectfully as if I was wasting their time. I was not there because I wanted to be. I was there because the OOH's doctor thought it best to have ECG tests as a precaution

X-ray dept very efficient, friendly and gentle

We went for a chest x-ray. We were seen quickly and efficiently. The staff were friendly and gentle with the resident

kesgrave ward

The staff were wonderful and the food pleasant. Staff were also good with my husband. The doctor was brilliant, came down to explain things each time. Very friendly while I was there for a few days. visiting hours were good and they were able to stay as long as they liked really.

Excellent - Midwives

nephrology and Kesgrave ward

I see the doctor at the clinic monthly. Everything is explained; I can't fault my care.
I also spent 5 weeks on Kesgrave ward where equipment was 10 years old and though my life was saved, it was the longest 5 weeks of my life and nurses et were not the best

Very good. Previous pregnancy had one midwife all the way through and have the same this time. Having the ability to text the midwife in my 1st pregnancy was great but this isn't now available
