Friendly. Unable to have hydrotherapy due to times not fitting with public transport. Taxi cost £50 for return to Ipswich Hospital from Holton St. Mary
Fair but dementia awareness lacking
Saxmundham Ward

Did seem to fully understand how badly dementia can affect someone It took a week for the forgetmenot symbol on her board. Had to continually ask for updates. Physio after surgery did not focus on skills needed to go home.
Fair. Treatment and staff can vary

Was seen quickly this time. Staff were good at explaining. Have visited many times and the care can really vary especially when busy in the department which changes the way the staff are with you.
Excellent - friendly and caring

Fair but too long wait for discharge
November 6, 2017
6 years ago I decided to discharge myself overnight because they had said I would be discharged during the afternoon but by 1 am a doctor still wasn't avaliable to officially discharge me
Good system, staff are brilliant. Restaurant costly
Urology

Very good, the system works well. Brilliant staff explain everything well and are friendly. Cost in the restaurant is high . The only one in the outpatient clinic is expensive. The waits can be quite long in the department; this morning it's been a 50 minute wait. I really like having the TV on in the waiting area especially considering the waits
Excellent. Staff are lovely.

The department works really well. Staff explain everything well so that I know what will be happening next. Time between appointments is good. It might be a good idea to put advice on the leaflet that if you are having a flu jab you can't have an injection/treatment. The staff are lovely. Was seen within 10 minutes today, which is normal
