rearranged my appointment as late arriving

I was referred by my GP which took 3 weeks which was good. Everything has been well explained well so far. Due to the bad roads today I was late arriving but they have rearranged my appointment for me for later this morning.

My wife had very good treatment and care at the hospital for two miscarriages. Really can't fault them at all.
Waiting 3hr for meds from pharmacy

Partner discharged around 2pm from ward. It is now 5pm and we are still waiting for meds to come from pharmacy. This happens every time partner is admitted.

Midwife services both in hospital and in the community worked well. Have Consultant led care so I get all the information needed and care.

The nurses from the hospital came out to visit me before my hip operation to show me how to use equipment for after my operation
More realistic classes.

These classes need to be more realistic give example that its like driving a car. Not easy to start with but practice and finding right position - just becomes second nature.

The service I have for scans and when I had a 'Sweep' was good. Staff were so kind as it was a difficult time.

Staff were just amazing. I ended up with a C Section. Health visitor and midwife not brilliant with helping around 'mastitis' diagnosis. Took ages to diagnose. I got through it by expressing milk. Do feel classes could give more info before you have baby. Need more 'reality' information in the classes.

Appointments come through quickly. Very helpful nurses and consultant who explain information clearly. Taking a ticket at reception works well. The clinic has quite a long wait for a referral.
