I visit regularly for injections in my back and they are very friendly and I can get appointments when I need them, I only have to call, the process works really well and smoothly.

New knee exccellent

I had a new knee about two years ago and everything went extremely well and I was back dancing really quickly. All the staff were great and they explained things very well, very reassuring.

Excellent care

Everything has gone so very well. I take part in the national bowel screening programme and within a month of the test showing i had a problem I had been tested and then operated on successfully. Care was excellent and all the follow up has been very good too. I have nothing but praise for the staff and the food during my stay was good, there was a good choice and I enjoyed it.

Appointments not rushed

Even though the waits can be quite long it doesn't mean that you are given less time by the consultant when you see him, you still get the time you need and don't feel rushed out which is great considering how busy they are. The car park really is busy and did delay me getting to my appointment this morning, it needs improving.

Caring staff

Had my first appointment with my GP about my problem at the beginning of the year and had the operation about two weeks ago. I was operated on as a day case and staff were caring and explained everything well. I was looked after so well.

Helpful this morning

We tried to call four times to let them know that we were late due to the snow but no one answered. When we arrived late, staff have rearranged our appointment so it is later this morning which was very helpful and accommodating. The referral process was quick, letters have all correct and explanations have been good.

A welcoming hospital

A welcoming hospital which is very friendly and has a calm atmosphere which is very good. Its great to have the coffee shop so nearby too.

Everything has been brilliant

What I've had done has been brilliant. Generally everything has gone smoothly, the tests I had were before my appointment time which was good. The nurses have all been very good and they took me to my appointment when I had no one to help me.

Been an excellent service, timing is well, staff are great. Helpful to myself and my wife and good communication. They inform you prior for appointment. Good quality of care, feel really comfortable.

Amazing Diabetes Clinic

I've used the diabetic centre for the last 20 years and been involved with research, they are like family now. They know me so well, there's a number to call if there are problems. When I was young they put on holidays for young people which were wonderful, I just hope something similar is available should my child have type one diabetes.
