Mostly happy

Sometimes medication can be a bit slow but I'm mostly happy. I had to wait a week to get more powerful painkillers and to see a physio it took a week too. The doctors are good when you see them and I also think it is important that calling the surgery remains an option for patients.

Whenever I phone to get an appointment I'm given one. I feel that the staff ask appropriate questions to find out who it would be best for you to see and they are proactive in their approach. Clinical staff look after you well. Having to park at the bottom of the car park is very difficult when there aren't enough bays close to the building.

I've always found the surgery brilliant. Easy to contact and get an appointment and I like that the pharmacy is on site. Very pleasant staff and the reception team are helpful when booking appointments. The option to go online is there but it's not pushed and I do use systmonline to do my prescriptions and that is easy to use. I do still prefer a voice at the end of the line to discuss things with.

Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. Don't often need to see a doctor but can request a call with them. I've had an instant appointment with a nurse and the clinical staff are good at explaining issues. It's all very good here, I don't feel there is anything that needs to improve, I'm very impressed.

A really good surgery. I've had no real issues getting appointments when I've needed them and I've always been seen by some one quickly.

Most of my dealings have been with the nursing team who have been helpful and professional. Receptionists and pharmacy staff always helpful. Only downside is the long queue when collecting prescriptions but have recently discovered I can get them delivered to my post office for collection which is easier

Following major surgery and a hard diagnosis, I have had to have various appointments and each time the GPs have not rushed me, proactively spent time asking how I am emotionally coping on top of managing physical challenges.

There is sometimes a bit of a wait when waiting to go in for an appointment but that just means they're helping someone else so it's not an issue. The staff are all friendly and efficient and its a pretty successful surgery. I like to be able to talk to reception staff and we are fortunate to have the surgery. I've never had a problem with any of the staff, they are all great.

Phoning up at times is difficult and I've been unable to book doctors appointments online and only nurses are available, it would be good to to be able to see a doctor that way too. I use the online system to order my prescriptions and that works very well.

I arranged my appointment last week and was offered an appointment with in a good time frame all through reception who were lovely. I don't feel that there are any areas that need to improve here, it all works well. I haven't needed to see a doctor for some time but I've always been able to have appointments with the nurses which have worked very well.
