Wonderful

Me and my daughter had to wait for her appointment for her immunisations and it was definitely made easier thanks to the lovely receptionist. They are all fantastic and we are lucky to have them. The two nurses that did the immunisations were amazing also, they made it so quick my daughter didn’t shed a tear, and eased my mind as I was more worried than my daughter.

It is challenging to get an appointment with a doctor, this is my first try in a while but in the past I've had phone appointments or have spoken to a nurse and I've found the issues are generally dealt with well and quickly by phone. Booking appointments online is more restricted as the appointments are very limited.

After being told to call back today when there were no appointments available earlier in the week I've been given an appointment. Once I see the staff they are wonderful and that side of the practice really can't be faulted but getting appointments is an issue at times.

I'm quite a new patient but registering at the practice went smoothly and I've been impressed with the surgery so far as I've been able to get appointments when they've been needed and staff have been lovely.

I've used econsult for appointments and get a response within 24-48hrs and when they call back if I miss the first call they always call again. At times appointments can run a little behind but that's because they give people time. It has settled down now and I mainly see the same staff.

Can get appointments by phoning and I've been given one straight away which is excellent. The phones aren't too busy either and the care is great.

Responsive, kind and respectful. To get appointments ahead of time is more difficult however anything urgent is dealt with on the day. I have seen different doctors but they've all had a consistent approach and the reception team are very good.

Been very impressed by the surgery since we moved here. The staff are very caring and understanding when you see them and I've had no problem getting an appointment after calling to arrange an appointment.

It's fine to get an appointment here. I book via reception and the conversation is always handled well and I get to see the most relevant person. I feel that it is a much better system than it used to be and the staff are good.

I sometimes feel that there are barriers to getting to see a GP as reception seem to decide if you get an appointment or not. The GP I've seen is absolutely brilliant and has followed up nicely, they really are lovely and I've never had a GP like them. The nursing staff are also really great and so approachable.
