They've been very good. I spoke to reception yesterday and discussed the issue I had and then called this morning and have been able to arrange an appointment with a specific member of the team so it has all worked well. I luckily don't need to use the surgery much but when I do its been good.

Every time I've called the issues I've had have been addressed quickly and all the staff have been very good. Reception staff have been very polite and medical staff approach things very holistically. Since registering here I've been very impressed.

A very good surgery where you can phone and not wait too long on the phone to then be given either a phone appointment or a a face to face when needed. I'm very happy to see any of the staff, they are all very good.

It's not bad at the moment and I've been very happy with the support received as staff dealt with a situation very quickly. Sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment with a doctor quickly because they are so busy but when I did see a GP recently I was referred to the hospital quickly and the explanations provided by the doctor were very good.

I don't really use the surgery much but when I do I see the nurses who are great. I've not had any issues arranging them and all the staff are helpful when trying to sort any issues out.

The phones are busy but appointments are quickly available and they are a really proactive surgery. My nurse appointments are booked in advance and they are very supportive and friendly.

The whole surgery is wonderful, easy get appoints, drs take there time to listen, reception always want to help, pharmacy marvellous and just thank you

Following a bad fall I was checked over by a Dr who was excellent and ordered me xrays at WS Hospital, plus gave me a follow up call the next day to make sure I had received the care I needed at the Hospital.
Also big thank you to the Nurse who dressed my wound. We are so lucky to have such a great surgery with brilliant Doctors, Nurses and all the other staff

All staff including the receptionists are lovely and all dealings with the practice are easy. The pharmacy is also great.

Its a good surgery and I've had no issues. The staff are great as is the pharmacy which is very good.
