A great surgery

A great surgery, the best I've been at. I have no issues getting appointments and only called this morning. Everything is good and the staff are freindly. I get to see the same members of staff which means they get to know me too. The pharmacy staff bend over backwards, they are so helpful.
Struggled

This week I've struggled to get seen and was told nothing was available and this included a call or appointment. I did not see any improvement and actually got worse so I called 111 and then I received a call from the surgery saying going to A&E but I really didn't want to do this. I phoned again today and pleaded for an appointment and was actually given one with a doctor.

Very good nurses. My asthma is regularly reviewed and I'm very happy with the support provided by the nurses.

Just attended as a new patient and amazed at the level of care provided.
Receptionist welcoming and very efficient-delighted to offer me an appointment (so much better than my previous surgery)
Attended self refer physio appointment-the person was incredible -very thorough and able to diagnosis my problem and offer specific exercises-also follow up appointment given before I had left -awesome
Thank you all for all the hard work -it is very appreciated.

Joined this surgery a year ago, attended on a couple of occasions. From the reception/care navigators to the clinical team, they are fast, efficient and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. A well managed surgery.

Dr was lovely , explained well, knew my conditions and looked out for me phoned that day and saw him that morning , reception lovely and even squeezed me a blood test in the next day that hospital wanted absolutely lovely practice

My 18 son has had Asthma for years. His initial apt with the surgery picked up he was on the wrong medication and it has been life changing for him. Thank you.

Quick to get appointments as I called this morning and was given an appointment by the reception team. I feel we are lucky to have this surgery. The staff are good and the GPs are great. I do try to see the same GP if possible but its not essential. Its easier to get appointments and I do prefer a face to face appointment but the telephone consultations have been good too.

When calling to get appointments you don't have to wait too long on the phone and are then given an appointment with a doctor before lunch. Conversations are handled well and staff are good. The only thing that would be good to have is to be able to book appointments online so that you can see what is available when and you can go with what works best.

Very supportive around end of life care and I really can't fault them, they've been wonderful after my husband was discharged from hospital with no support arranged. They sorted everything out for us, wonderful.
