I came down to the surgery today and reception arranged for me to have an appointment later today which is great. The staff are helpful and efficient and are great at explaining issues.
Flexible system

There are flexible options to get appointments and I've tried using the online option but also call or visit the surgery to arrange appointments. The phones aren't too busy so there are no long waits to get through and when I do need to come to the surgery it all works so well.

It feels like an old fashioned family surgery which is very responsive. I moved here about 18 months ago and have found the surgery great. Doctors have been wonderful, very supportive of my husband who has multiple issues.

Its a good surgery overall. I have regular injections and blood tests with the nurses but I do find it difficult to know when I should be calling to book them as I'm often told i'm too early or too late when I do. I've even been questioned by the receptionist as to why I need to come in regularly.

I called this morning, got through very quickly and then arranged an appointment to see a doctor. I'm very happy with the surgery and the care and support provided by the excellent staff.

Whenever I need an appointment I'm able to get them easily and I really like my GP. I've been here a while now. But in comparison to my previous surgery its wonderful. I have confidence in staff and find it a supportive and helpful surgery.

Access to appointments is good and I generally phone for appointments but pop in to arrange them too. Staff are very kind and helpful and it all works very well.

Efficient friendly reception/ medical and pharmacy staff. So appreciated how I was looked after. Thanks to all at the Surgery.
Good doctors but telephone staff are lacking

After routine blood tests myself and my husband were advised to see a doctor.
It was difficult to get past member of staff on phone who twice said but your blood tests were fine, I impressed upon her that we had no dire wish to come in and see GP but was told by practice nurse that we should, she then arranged an appointment.
I appreciate that some patients can be time consuming when perhaps there isn’t a need, these patients should be red flagged on your system and not all treated as a nuisance, that was how I was made to feel.
I’ve heard from several people also about staff on desk asking what their health problem is before giving appointments, people should not have to discuss their private health issues where others can overhear.
I’d like to say the service given by medical staff is fantastic...........
