Excellent pre-op clinics

Awaiting a knee (complete) operation. The general pre-op information clinic was brilliant and well explained. Other clinics since have been excellent. Only now waiting for the call.

No fault to be found for the time I was there. Staff are lovely and I was well cared for.

I had hip replacement and everything was amazing. Staff looked after me well and I was home in 3 days.
They are not listening to me

C-Section (planned due to last pregnancy issues). Partner not allowed to stay even though I was the only person in the bay. 48 hrs later, I was discharged even with really bad bleeding issues. 8 months later, bleeding is still an issue and still not got to the bottom of it. I keep asking for a referral to gynaecologist but not being listened to at GP practice who just keep shoving different pills my way.
Waiting too long isn't helpful

Even though I have 6 monthly checkup appointments. I can sit for up to 2 Hrs before I am seen. Not great when you are unsure if you have time to use the toilet.

I was in hospital for some time and was moved at least 3 times. From Ward 15 to 15 to 14 I think. Each time I was moved no one seemed to know anything about me. The communication was terrible. The food was awful. It was very stressful for me and my family.
