Appreciated the staff's attitude

A shock when told your husband has cancer quickly sorted, despite info. Staff in Urology were marvelous, also IBD Nurse.
Poor supply of shoes

Orthotic Department: I went to get some new shoes made and can not buy shoes from the shop. I got them but they did not turn out right. I can not understand what happened, I had shoes made by the orthotics before and they were lovely and comfortable. I do not know what went wrong.

I found it confusing that I was expecting to visit hospital for physio only to be told I needed to wait and see one in Kirkley Mill which took ages to sort out. Then I only was handed a piece of paper with exercises on it that I would have printed off the internet.
Journey was fine, staff not so gentle.

The assisting staff in the ambulance on the return journey was a bit rough and impatient.

Sent to A & E from Beccles Hospital. Then sent to ward for 4 days. Excellent treatment
Had to attend AE with blocked Stoma.

Seen by Helen, Super Stoma Nurse who cleared me out and sent me on my way within a couple of hours. Didn’t even need to see a Dr.
