On my visit to the hospital my appointment was not running on time, but other than that every thing wa ok

It never runs on time. When I am later that becomes very difficult as I am self employed and have to get cover

45 minutes plus late on appointments. No info readily available to tell you this unless you ask. Why?
NOTE There is info but quite low down on notice board so person could not see it as staff can tend to stand in front of it

Broadlands suite.The consultant spoke very fast and I found slight difficlty following what he said. I am NOT deaf !

The staff here are wonderful and make the experience a more comfortable one. The waiting time can be a long time.
